He is the Chair of the Keg Royalty Trust Fund, Chairman of SecondStreet.Org, Director of the Sea to Sky Gondola Corp., Director of Hy’s Canada Ltd., Advisor of Army and Navy Group, Director of Village Farms International, Governor of Brentwood College School, President/Director of Mr. and Mrs. P.A. Woodward’s Foundation, past Chair of Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, past Chair of Providence Health Care and past Member of the Provincial Judicial Council.

Kip served on the Board from 1997 to 2007 and on the Advisory Council since 2007.
